4.Event organizing businesses, whether it’s a concert, a trade fair, or a festival supported by the government’s tourism stimulus policy, such as “Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism Year 2025,” give rise to many activities and festivals throughout the country.

Along with the alcoholic beverage business, manufacturers are developing new products that better meet the needs of consumers, such as low-calorie.

5.Businesses related to beliefs, such as fortune-telling, or feng shui, are supported by the government’s soft power policies and the influence of celebrities, causing these businesses to continuously grow.

Included the quick money and pawn business and the life and health insurance business, which have grown in line with the awareness of the importance of financial planning and health care, especially among older people.

6.Platform-based service businesses, such as hiring daily maids or repairmen, are very popular these days. The main reason is the fast-paced lifestyle of city people who want convenience, which has led to continuous growth of this type of business.

Entertainment businesses (pubs, bars, karaoke) have a clear tendency to grow after the government relaxed the law to allow more services to be opened. This included promoting tourism, which resulted in more foreign tourists traveling into the country, especially in five main cities: Bangkok, Phuket, Chonburi, Chiang Mai, and Koh Samui.

7.A business that continues to grow

Pet Business: Nowadays, pets are no longer just pets; they have become family members, making people more willing to invest in their pets, whether it be quality food, modern equipment, or health care services. The growth of animal medical technology, coupled with the government’s support, is another critical factor driving the development of this business, encouraging potential investors.

8.Businesses are driven by technology and lifestyle.

Financial technology (Fintech) businesses have become very popular due to government policies supporting the use of digital money and changing consumer behavior.
